Cancellation Policy
Our booking policy is that once booked, all of our workshops are non-refundable and cannot be re-scheduled or transferred to another workshop. However, if you would like to nominate someone to take your place, we would be more than happy to accommodate them. Prior to the workshop we would simply need to be advised of their name, telephone number and e-mail address.
Should, in the unlikely event, a workshop be under-subscribed or in the event of staffing sickness, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop and reschedule for another later date. If this is not acceptable, we are happy to transfer your place to an alternative workshop of equal value or provide a full refund.
Product Refund & Exchange Policy
For all products purchased at Willow Studios, either in the studio or online, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we are only able to allow refunds with the provision of a receipt and, if applicable, only to the original card-holder. The returned items must be as originally sold without any damage and in their original packaging.
Intellectual Property Rights
The trademarks; “Willow Studios” and “willow & lace” may not be used elsewhere without express written permission from the founder, Louise Pownall. The content of the Willow Studios website remains our property and may not be reproduced or replicated in any form without our express written permission from the founder, Louise Pownall.
